Yes, completely free. There is no charge to sign up or to enter any draw. If you win, you purchase your tickets for £25 each — centre stalls or other Band A seats at some of London's most loved shows. That is it.

No. There is no charge to enter and no stake involved. Winners are simply given the chance to buy a £25 ticket.

Fill in a short form to enter, selecting the 5 shows you most want to see. Each month we reveal which shows received the most votes — those become that month's prizes. We award a pair of tickets to each of the top 5 shows, and winners can purchase 1 or 2 tickets for £25 each. You will also be automatically entered into any official partner lotteries running that month, at no extra effort.

Every confirmed member has the same chance. Your show preferences, age, or location make no difference to your odds. We use a fair random draw across everyone who has voted that month.

The Main Draw runs monthly. Each month, the most voted shows become the prizes and winners are announced on a Monday with at least two weeks to plan their visit. In addition, official partner show lotteries run on their own schedules — typically twice a month each. All of these are included in your one sign-up.

Yes. The Main Draw and each partner show lottery are separate draws. You could win the Main Draw one week and win a partner show lottery the following week — they are entirely independent. One sign-up, multiple chances to win throughout the month.

40 shows. One signup for every draw. You pick the shows.

There are around 40–45 West End theatres depending on people's definitions. We have picked 40 to include. You can see the full list when you're voting for your top shows.

You sign up once and you are in every draw that matches your availability. No re-confirmation is required. We will email you when a draw is open so you always know what is coming up, but you do not need to take any action to stay entered. Think of it as a season ticket rather than a single night booking. You can update your preferences or opt out of a specific cycle at any time.

When you browse our shows, you can mark each one in two ways. A top pick (maximum 5) means it is one of your most wanted shows. Would attend means you would happily go if you won tickets, even if it is not your absolute favourite. Neither affects your odds of winning. Both help us match you with the most relevant offers if you do not win a draw.

Absolutely. Many of our members are theatre lovers who would happily see a great show more than once. You can mark any show as seen in your profile. It will not exclude you from any draw.

You will receive an email congratulating you with a time-limited link to purchase your tickets at £25 each. You will also receive shareable links to pass on to friends so they can join you. You have 48 hours to claim. After that the offer expires and tickets may be offered to another member.

For the Main Draw, the best seats in the house. West End Lottery works directly with show partners to secure premium seats — centre stalls or other Band A seats. Winning means sitting exactly where you want to be, for £25 per ticket. For official partner lottery draws, seating is determined by the show partner and will vary by production.

Yes. Winners receive shareable ticket links for friends. Each link lets a friend purchase a ticket at the same £25 price. Share them with whoever you would like to bring. Links are first come, first served and expire at the same time as your own claim window.

You stay on the list and are automatically eligible for the next draw when you confirm again. You will receive an exclusive consolation offer from one of our show partners, matched to your preferences and available from £20 on a first come, first served basis. Prices rise as availability falls, so the sooner you claim it the better the deal. Not winning the draw does not mean missing out.

No. We send a maximum of two emails per draw cycle: a draw confirmation prompt and a results email. You may occasionally receive a curated offer from a show partner but we keep these infrequent and relevant. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Absolutely. West End Lottery is open to everyone. If you win, your winner email includes a tickbox to flag any access requirements, with a textbox to tell us exactly what you need. We will arrange appropriate seating, a free companion ticket where needed, and liaise directly with the venue. We will not let anything stand between you and a great night out.

West End Lottery is currently in a private beta phase. We've invited a limited early group to try the product before we open to the public. This gives us the chance to test, refine, and make sure the experience is exactly right before launch. As a beta user, your feedback is genuinely valuable and shapes the final product.
